Phillip Mokoena (Chairman) was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in July 1997 and took silk in September 2011. His preferred areas of practice include commercial litigation, arbitrations, labour, administrative and construction law. Philip has appeared in the High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the Constitutional Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, CCMA, Education Labour Relations Council, South African Local Government Bargaining Council, General Public Service Sectoral Bargaining Council, International Chamber of Commerce in Zurich, Switzerland, Competition Tribunal and Competition Appeals Court.

Philip has acted as an arbitrator, as a chairperson in various disciplinary enquiries and as judge in the Labour Court and the South Gauteng High Court. He holds a B. Juris, LLB and LLM(in Commercial Law). Phillip is a member of the Johannesburg Bar Council.
