Samantha Moloi is awaiting admission to the Johannesburg Bar and is a member of Thulamela Chambers. Her preferred areas of practice include Information technology and AI; mining and gas, constitutional; administrative; intellectual property; public; human rights; international public law; telecommunications; media, entertainment law; family and delict law.

Samantha holds a BA in International Relations and Law and an LLB (both Wits University). Before joining the Bar Samantha worked in the Information Technology space. She founded Renewed Minds, a non-profit addressing psychosocial support gaps in township schools. Through partnerships with the Witwatersrand University Social Work department, we tackled issues like family dynamics and abuse. In 2021, I led a successful class action against defunding law students, securing vital funding. Law without Walls (March 2022: Spain) equipped me with tech-driven legal solutions, and as the 2022 Law Student Council Chairperson, I navigated student challenges, fostering African cohesion through impactful conferences in conjunction with the Federation of African Law Students.
