Daniel Mpotlana Madiba was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in December 2017. He holds an LLB (Wits), a Post graduate Diploma in Labour Law (with distinction) (UJ) and a Post graduate Certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution (with distinction) (Stellenbosch University). Prior to joining the Bar, Daniel served at various organisations including the South African Medical Association where he was an Advisor and a Chief Negotiator responsible for conditions of service for Medical doctors employed by the State. Daniel also served in various governance committees of the Public service bargaining Councils (PSCBC and PHSDSBC) including Executive and Finance committees. His preferred areas of practice are Labour law, administrative law, public procurement and tenders, regulatory and general commercial litigation.
