Katherine Harding was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2016. She has appeared in several divisions of the High Court, as well as the Labour Court, CCMA and in arbitration proceedings. Her areas of practice include public and administrative law (with a particular focus on procurement), local government systems and structures, mining law and general commercial and contractual law. Prior to joining the bar Katherine practiced as an attorney at Adams & Adams in Pretoria specialising in administrative and commercial litigation. She holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and an LLM with distinction from University College London.
