Tebogo Mathibedi holds a B Iuris LLB degree. He was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in September 1990 and took silk in 2011. His preferred areas of practice include criminal, labour, civil, public, and general commercial law. Tebogo has appeared in the Labour Court, the High Courts and the CCMA. Further to acting as judge in the South Gauteng High Court, Tebogo has represented the SAPS at the Marikana and the Froneman Commissions of Inquiry.
