Mkhululi Duncan Stubbs was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2013. He holds BA and LLB degrees and an LLM degree in which he studied comparative constitutional law, international trade law and international commercial arbitration. Mkhululi’s preferred areas of practice include commercial, public and regulatory law, and particularly international trade and international commercial dispute resolution.
Prior to becoming an advocate, Mkhululi served as a law clerk to Justice Yacoob at the Constitutional Court. He also completed his articles of clerkship at a corporate and commercial law firm, where he worked primarily on regulatory and public finance management issues in respect of large-scale infrastructure development projects.
